The key is written straight to Secret Manager by the server and only the reference is stored. It is never echoed back and cannot be read again here. A development store keeps it in memory instead.

These accounts belong to no organization — direct sign-ups, plus accounts that were removed from an organization. A removed account appears here as suspended and stays suspended until it is assigned to an organization again.
