Accounts are created here. The Interpreet app has no sign-up of its own, so an account has to exist before anyone can sign in to it.

Monthly allowance (minutes, optional)

Creates the account and gives you a one-time link the person uses to set their own password. If the address already has an account, it is added to this organization — and if that account was never set up, the one-time link is shown too.
